Wealth Management - U.S. Private Bank - New Hire Experience Professional

Primary Function:

The New Hire Experience Team is responsible for crafting and executing a first in class experience for new hires in the U.S. Private Bank. You will partner with key stakeholders to deliver a high touch experience for new hires to expedite their transition into the business. You will serve as the central point of contact for all administrative new hire activities and work directly with key stakeholders across the firm to deliver an exceptional experience.

Primary responsibilities:
  • Seamlessly execute end-to-end onboarding to ensure an exceptional experience for new hires
  • Manage all day-to-day administrative tasks required to onboard a new hire
  • Coordinate and oversee activities across team to ensure timely execution of key operational tasks
  • Gather feedback to shape the new hire experience roadmap and identify areas for improvement
  • Maintain strong partnerships with key business partners, including local market leadership, recruiting, training, HR, operations, technology and other relevant parties

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 2+ years of professional experience; Private Banking or Financial Services industry preferred
  • Strategic, innovative, Advisor-first business mindset
  • Resourceful, proactive learner who possesses a solid work ethic and performs well under pressure in a dynamic environment; must be able to multitask and shift priorities quickly while maintaining control with limited supervision
  • Effective communicator with ability to collaborate effectively across internal teams
  • Detail oriented with exceptional follow-through skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills including high emotional intelligence and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with colleagues at all levels
  • Enthusiasm for the business and eagerness to work on any task that will add value
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and Word
