YOUR DAY AS AN IT SPECIALIST - DATA ANALYST
As an IT Specialist - Data Analyst, you have a huge impact on our small firm. We depend on technology to serve our clients well, and you are the person who ensures that our IT operations function smoothly. To do so, you work closely with our technology vendors to troubleshoot and resolve concerns. You also maintain our existing technology stack by ensuring that our systems are well-configured and functioning properly.
As the go-to person for our IT needs, you act as technical support for our staff, and you train our teamwhen new technology or software is brought on board. You also work closely with our leadership to improve our business through consistent upgrades of our systems. Passionate about progress, you keep an eye on emerging technologies and envision ways we can implement them to positively impact our performance.
Another of your important duties is to support our data gathering. As part of this responsibility, you perform data analysis and prepare reports that detail your findings. You also maintain our data-gathering tools to ensure that we have the best methods in place. WHAT WE'RE SEEKING IN AN IT SPECIALIST - DATA ANALYST
Skills in the following languages are preferred: VBA, M (Power Query), DAX (Power Pivot/Power BI), and SQL. Experience with APIs and HTML would be a plus.
