Group Ticket Coordinator - Disney Parks, Experiences, & Products

Overview :

As Group Ticket Coordinator you will provide daily bulk ticketing and park reservation support for Disney Imagination Campus, Meeting and Conventions, and additional lines of business.

You will work with Guests, internal sales / services, and ticketing partners to validate, document, and process high volume of requests through several platforms.

A Group Ticket Coordinator will provide exceptional service / recovery and positive experiences by phone and email communication to internal and external Guests.

You will support all group ticket team functions, including phone calls, emails, data input, work assignments, reporting, project work, training and handling of escalated Guest situations.

You will report to Ticket Solutions Manager, Group Sales Support.

Responsibilities / You Will :

Process ticket orders using the following systems : Siebel, BOLT and SnApp

Complete ticket orders, payments, returns, emails, and calls to ensure appropriate service levels are maintained

Manage the completion of ad-hoc team tasks

Provide appropriate service recovery and resolution to Guest / Client concerns

Run and create ticket reporting for internal partners

Contribute to a high volume of written and electronic tasks

Maintain Standard Operating Guides to ensure current processes are documented

Frequent collaboration within the sales channels lines of business

Basic Qualifications / You Will Have :

Demonstrated Guest service and recovery skills

Experience collaborating with multiple lines of business

Demonstrated ability in learning and use of multiple technology applications

Experience with autonomous work and working as part of a team

Ability to work a flexible work schedule, including overtime and holidays

Experience with resolution of escalated Guest / Client calls or situations

Experience with all Microsoft 365 Power Platforms including Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint

Proficiency with Zoom and Teams meetings and remote support

Preferred Qualifications :

Experience with Walt Disney World ticketing systems

Experience with Guest Service Suite and current Park Pass Reservation processes

Experience with Walt Disney World Groups Sales lines of businesses

Experience working with any the following systems : Siebel, BOLT, SnApp, GSS, Group Connect, Business Objects, Zendesk

Required Education :

High School Diploma or equivalent

Preferred Education :

Associate's Degree or higher
