ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

Provide excellent customer service to our branch clients.
Process clients Deposits, Payments, and Withdrawal through the Teller system and balance the cash drawer at the end of the day.
Scan checks into FISERV system.
Input and verify all the information of scanned checks.
Maintain a log of the cash in Bank’s Vault on a daily basis.
Issuance of Official Checks, Bill Pay Check, maintaining a clear log for Audit purposes.
Input of Outgoing Wires based on confirmed client’s instructions.
Request and monitor Bank debit cards.
Complete annual regulatory training.
Ensure compliance, operational risk controls in accordance with Bank’s or regulatory standards and policies.
Complete / Participate in Special Projects as required.
