KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Coordinate Flight Management System Navigation Database requirements for the customers Ensure that the database is built to those requirements every 28 days Work with the Technical Operations Center, Field Service Engineers, and Product Support Engineers in order to answer customer inquiries in a timely manner
YOU MUST HAVE 2 + years of Domain knowledge (Flight Operations / Flight Dispatch / FMS Operation / ARINC 424) 2 + years of Process knowledge (FAA DO-200A / Six Sigma) 2 + years of experience in building customer relationships and guiding positive customer communication skills 2 + years expert experience in Window applications 2+ years avionics and navigation experience

Proficiency in Navigation and Flight Planning Proficiency in Avionics and knowledge of modern cockpit systems Knowledge of Flight Management Systems Familiarity with Aeronautical Information Publications (AIP) and flight operations regulatory documents Knowledge in planning of Air Navigation routes Exposure to all phases of flight operations/airline operations
Demonstrate an interest in/or have exposure to an Information Technology environment
