Key Account & Business Development Manager

Polyurethane Colorants & Additives


Your product portfolio consists out of our Reactint colorants & Milliguard additives technology platforms for polyurethane.

The sales territory covers the DACH region in all PU areas (flexible foam, CASE & rigid applications), with a strong focus on strengthening our presence in new applications.

You report to our EMEA Sales Manager. After an intense training you will hold responsibility for :

  • Accomplishment of sales objectives within your portfolio of customers.
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with key accounts.
  • Identification & development of potential new applications outside our traditional markets
  • Drive and manage joint projects with our customers from development to commercialization Your industry and product line knowledge combined with your close interaction with our technical experts, allows you to qualify our customers’ needs and participate in offering solutions.
  • Stay up to date with market trends and take actions if needed.


  • Preferably Master’s degree (chemistry, chemical engineering or commercial studies)
  • You have 5-10 years sales experience in chemical B2B sales. Experience in the PU industry is a strong asset.
  • Strong technical background, commercial and communication skills.
  • A born problem-solver, a team player and you have an analytical mindset.
  • You are self-motivated and you have entrepreneurial dynamism.
  • This position requires significant time travelling throughout Europe, with a focus on DACH (min. 50%).
  • You speak fluently English & German. Other languages are a plus.
