HR Business Partner

What will you be doing ?

For our Client (P&G B.I.C.) in Strombeek-Bever, we're looking for an HR Business Partner.
In this Position, your main Tasks would consist of supporting the HR Team in R&D HR with Projects.
More specifically, this means:
  • Recruiting (i.e. followup with Hiring Managers, help Talent Supply schedule Interviews, followup with some Recruitment Initiatives (e.g.
Interviewers Rewards & Recognition:
making sure the Recruitment Principles are followed correctly);
  • Being Part of the "Wesurfthewaves" Communication Campaign in R&D (Newsletter);
  • Onboarding of New Hires Program (i.e. send E-Mail to Managers of New Hires, organize New Hire Onboarding Sessions) All while looking at Onboarding in Times of COVID;
  • Onboarding of New Hires Program (i.e. send E-Mail to Managers of New Hires, organize New Hire Onboarding Sessions) All while looking at Onboarding in Times of COVID;
  • Tracking of Attrition & Analysis: New Hire Lists, Headcount Tracking;
  • Being Part of the "Rewards & Recognition" Team (i.e. virtual Appreciation Day in March, Quarterly R&D virtual Touchpoints (i.e. gathering Awards, Photos of new Hires/promoted Employees);
  • Use upward Feedback Tool for Technologists (i.e. prepare Emails to share Feedback);
  • Reporting Employee Survey Results for all Departments & analysing the Results.
This are only a few HR Projects, other Projects will be added during the Assignment.

What are we looking for?
A Candidate for this Position should:
  • Have a Social Sciences related Background (by Studies or Experience);
  • Have a good Level of English (Dutch and/or French are a Plus);
  • Have good organizational Skills;
  • Have a Passion for People;
  • Have a high Level of Empathy;
  • Be Courageous;
  • Be able to work in a Team but also independently.

What do we offer?
  • Duration : Project of +/ 6 Months; Start-Date: ASAP ;
End Date: 15/02/23 (Weekly Contracts-Weekly Payments) > Extension up to 1 Year (Maximum) is possible, but is not a Guarantee yet;

  • Extra Reimbursements : 75 % Refund for Public Transport Costs OR Mileage Allowance for Car Transport;
